I kicked up several deer and found 2 dead deer on my tour.
To the north and the west is all residential, to the south and east is all wooded and ag fields. There is parking access from both Clinton and Blackman Rd. I spoke with the county health dept and the property does not perk for a conventional septic system, they did say you could apply for a variance for an engineered mound septic system if you wanted to build on this property.
