A network of internal roads provides vehicular access to the improvements and throughout the ranch. Although the property is principally utilized for summer recreation and autumn big game hunting, proximity to some of the best snowmobiling in the state is a bonus for winter usage. Located in a scenic private valley in the southwest corner of North Park, the ranch is approximately 35 minutes from Walden and just over an hour from Steamboat Springs and Kremmling.
