Native turf grasses are in good condition and have not been overgrazed. Some areas have prickly pear, and some are clean of it.

WILDLIFE/HUNTING:
The natural vegetation and landscape of the ranch creates a prime whitetail deer habitat. The property has not been hunted for over a decade, so it is ready for a new owner to set up a feeding and culling program to start to develop its full potential. Feral hog and turkey will also be found here. Jack County is known is for it great hunting and continues to attract serious hunters year after year.
