DIRECTIONS: From Bridgeport, Take Hwy 380 west for 13 miles & turn left on FM 1156. Entrance to the ranch will be 2.6 miles on the right side.

ACCESS: Property does not have road frontage and is accessed through a deeded easement on a good all weather road (3/4 mile off of FM 1156).
TERRAIN: The land is heavily wooded with one cleared food plot area. There are lots of terrain changes and some excellent 20 mile views from the top of the large hills on this ranch.

IMPROVEMENTS: Hunting cabin (3br, 2bath) with an enclosed porch and open deck overlooking the large pond. Next to the cabin there is also a small metal shop & carport for equipment.
FENCING: Nice metal gated entrances and the fences are in good condition.

MINERALS: None. Very little production.
