This river front cabin is a weekend paradise for those who love the outdoors. This cabin sits on the pristine White River between Guion, AR and the scenic Painter's Bluff, in the majestic River Ridge Estates subdivision. In 2008 these lots only had 3 inches of water on them as opposed to other subdivisions in the area that flooded. According to FEMA the base flood elevation is at 349ft. This cabin's floor is at 356.8ft according to the elevation certificate. This development also has access during high water from Lafferty Road. This cabin consists of 1040 sq ft living space, a 120 sq ft enclosed storage room under the cabin, full kitchen, numerous closets, metal roof, hardwood floors, plus much more. This is a unique area for fishing as well. During the spring and winter months rainbow trout can be caught regularly. However, in the summer months both large and small mouth bass can be caught. There are not many areas in the state that have the fishing diversity like this section of the White River. Don't let this one get away! Note that this subdivision has a private concrete boat ramp and is gated. Any viewing will have to be through appointment!
