I was able to get to the beaver pond near the SW corner as well which would be a great spot to shoot ducks, geese and also have a stand waiting for deer to cross the open areas and also beaver pond edges. The aspen timbered areas have great edge cover to hunt as well as the main trail area which had fresh deer tracks in the snow when I was there. My dog also flushed several grouse and a couple of woodcock that were still hanging around at the tail end of their migration. This property as a whole would be great for deer, bear, grouse, trapping as well as a few ducks and geese occasionally on the beaver pond. Some great fishing can be had on the Littlefork River as well as a few lakes in the area being not too far away from the Side Lake area. This is a good one! Call for your private showing today!
