The DNR dock for Sand Lake is located about a block south of the property. The property is a mix of mostly high land with some low land between the rolling hills. The property has been developed for whitetail deer hunting with platform stands, trails and food plots. Some of the property has been selectively cut over the last few years providing excellent habitat for whitetails and ruffed grouse. There are logging roads and trails that provide fantastic access to most of the property, but there is still room to grow, to find new stand sites and put in more trails and food plots. Lake Winni provides World Class Walleye, Perch, and Northern Pike fishing.  Sand Lake provides excellent Walleye and Northern Pike fishing. Other area lakes provide opportunities for fishing and waterfowl hunting.
