The property setting resembles a state or county park. This is a pristine property manicured and developed over years of dedication and hard work. The planted Pine and Oak forest is the result of successful conservation planning first implemented to this farm in 1950. An interior road system is maintained and mowed throughout the property, also designed as a fire lane in case of emergency. While touring the property I was able to observe planted groves of different ages and species of trees such as Black Walnuts planted in 1988, Pines planted in 1950, small groves of planted Oaks ranging from seedlings to mature harvestable trees.
