This 40 acre parcel is very remote, and off the grid. It has Wilson Creek frontage--the Creek winds cuts across the NW corner of the parcel. The Creek is shallow and wide winding through a lower, swamp grass area. The parcel was recently harvested, and is rather open with a few pockets of younger spruce and fir growing. The parcel is accessed south of US-41 in Michigamme from the Fence River and Cut Across Roads. Eventually, Wilson Creek Road meets the parcel from the north. It a long way in, so its remote and private. Build a rustic hunting camp here and hunting miles in many directions on adjacent MI commerical forest act (CFA) land.
