Since 1986, the Brooks family has been under a strict deer management program. With strategic harvesting, planning, and surveying, this ranch touts a 2004 survey with a 1 to 1:2 buck/doe ratio, a deer to 9 acres, excellent genetics, and numerous 130 to 150 plus class whitetail bucks. Also there are approximately 40 head of Axis deer and Blackbuck Antelope combined. Many Rio Grande Turkeys, dove, and excellent Bobwhite and Blue quail hunting make this a year-around hunting haven!
