This large, contiguous, 2,299.80 +/- acre farm has existing irrigation with the potential for further development. There are currently 325 +/- acres under four pivots. Three irrigation wells are in production providing 1,550 +/- gpm per operator (4.77gpm/irrigated acre) and an additional two wells on the north side can be tied in at any time. Several test holes have been drilled across the property with positive results. The irrigation on this farm was recently developed for the 2017 growing season, with the majority of the improvements being new.
