There is a separate single-10 rapid exit parlor for treated cows.

The owner reports that these wells are around 565’ deep and will produce approximately 500 gpm each. There are two other wells that are 450’ deep that supply water for the dairy and for domestic use. One of these wells has a new 10hp sub and the other is believed to have a 5hp sub.
The original farm homestead has many other improvements including a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house and an apartment built in a 2-car garage. There is also a 40X100 Quonset barn that is used for a repair shop and an 8x480 open-front shed that is divided into small individual pens for raising calves. A second open-front shed is about 240’ long and is used for older heifers. This property is one mile from the pavement on a good all-weather road.
Milk from this dairy is currently hauled to Oklahoma City but the new cheese plant scheduled to open this fall in Dalhart is only approximately 80 miles away. The cattle inventory will be available to purchase at a fair market price. If you are looking for an operating dairy with opportunity to expand, this is a good one!
