A very secluded place to hunt, fish, or most any other activity outdoors. Wildlife galore, especially deer and wild hogs. sparsely populated area, very little vehicle traffic and a lot of peace and quiet. West fork of Sabine River is the east boundary of this tract. No public water service at present but Sellers have contracted with and paid Caddo Basin Special Utility District to extend a new water line to serve this area. Start and finish dates not determined subject to arrival of necessary pipe, materials, etc. Buyer will need to contact the water system to secure service extension to this tract. No electric service to this tract. Appears that a large part of this tract floods--perhaps one area near the southwest corner of the tract may be outside the flood area. West Boundary of this tract fronts CR-1082, which is the only access to this tract, and is a dirt road south from CR-1083.
