The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.

The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, have a mobile home, prefabricated home, tiny home, etc., you are free to do so. There are no HOA fees or restrictions. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.
