I DO NOT HAVE MINERAL RIGHTS. Restrictions will read no junk yards and no commercial shooting ranges. It has great access with some lots along pavement and the back lots with an access easement and a dirt path going back there. Electric poles are at the lots. There are NO OTHER additions to the land, it is RAW LAND away from the city. This is beautiful land out in the country and it has a lot of grass which would be great for livestock. This land is also good for hunting. Previously it was a little hunting ranch with that small cabin in the back. Bird, deer, and hogs out here. Access easement to the back lots runs along the west side of lot 1.

Water: I had 2 of the 3 water wells tested in the back, lot #7. Both would flow before the pump clogged up. Both need cleaning as one had thousands of ants that had got into the casing! They seem to be decent little wells on the property.

Lots 3, 4, and 7 have already sold and 4 lots remain, all 11 acres or more. $2500 down and $1100 a month for 72 months for 11 acres.
