I have four 11 acre pieces of land remaining out SW of Big Spring, TX just about 7 Miles out of town, along HWY 818. $2,500 down and $1,100 a month for 11 acres. Water: I had 2 of the 3 water wells tested in the back, lot #7. Both would flow before the pump clogged up. Both need cleaning as one had thousands of ants that had got into the casing! They seem to be decent little wells on the property.
Lots 3, 4, and 7 have already sold and 4 lots remain, all 11 acres or more. $2500 down and $1100 a month for 72 months for 11 acres.
