Timber consists of native upland pine and hardwood. Foot travel access is from Veranda Trail. Terrain is rolling to steep. Beautiful vistas, adjoins The Nature Conservancy land.

The Hogback North Tract (Listing #4645) is located six (6) miles southeast of Hot Springs and three and one-half (3) miles west of Malvern. Described as NE of NE, Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 18 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Timber primarily consists of 1998 pine plantation ready for thinning. Access is via woods road from gated Wild Hog Road. Lock on gate opens with combo 5-7-5-7. Terrain is rolling. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per 2 acres) in May, 2018. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes* are as follows:
Pine Chip n' Saw: 173 Trees; 2,703 BF; 32 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 8,468 Trees; 1,057 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 1,898 Trees; 350 Tons

Timber consists of 1998 plantation that has been thinned once. Access is from the south via Wild Hog Road. Terrain is gently rolling. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per 2 acres) in May, 2018. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes* are as follows:

Pine CNS: 262 Trees; 5,740 BF; 69 Tons
Oak Sawtimber: 14 Trees; 979 BF; 8 Tons
