Tract Descriptions: Old Tuggle Road #1 Tract is described as E of SW, Section 9; containing 80 acres, more or less; Old Tuggle Road #2 Tract is described as Part of SE of SW , Part of NE of SW , Section 3, and Part of NE of NW , Section 10, containing a total of 25.25 acres, more or less; all located in Township 6 South, Range 18 West, and containing in the aggregate 105.25 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas. See attached maps. Timber on both tracts consists of native pine and hardwood. Site index, for both tracts, for loblolly pine, (base age 50) averages eighty-eight (88) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Both properties have frontage on Old Tuggle Road. Terrain is flat. These properties offer immediate timber income potential and recreational opportunities. The property offers hunting opportunities for numerous game species including waterfowl.
