Location: Big Creek Ranch is 96.732 acres and is located in southern Hopkins County, near the Rains County line off of Deaton Cemetery Rd. The ranch is about 1.5 miles west of State Highway 19. Lake Fork is located a little over ~2 miles as a crow flies from the ranch.
Deaton Cemetery Road runs through a portion of the ranch and leads to one southern neighbor and the Deaton Cemetery. 77+/- acres are on the west side of Deaton Cemetery Road, with the remaining acreage located on the eastern side of Deaton Cemetery Road.
Surface Water/Fishing: Two ponds totaling 3+/- acres are located on the southern portion of the ranch. The eastern pond is 1.25+/- acres and the western pond is 1.73+/- acres.
