Rucker Creek Ranch is a small executive's ranch located just outside Granbury. With 30+/- acres of Coastal Bermuda hay fields that produce 100 plus round bales per cutting, cattle or other livestock can graze on the pastures in off times. Large hardwood trees line Rucker Creek, which flows through the property most of the year. Temple Hall Highway, Farm-to-Market Road 167, runs along the western boundary with an entrance on each side of the creek. Highway 377 is one mile to the south, the direct route to Fort Worth and Dallas. The ranch is approximately five minutes from Granbury, with great shopping, restaurants, and a population of approximately 15,000 people. Lake Granbury and the Brazos River are only about ten minutes away.
