Fort Spunky Ranch

This little jewel is teaming with wildlife and is only 10 minutes north east of Glen Rose, Texas. 40 minutes from Fort Worth via Chisholm Trail Toll Road. It has a small "Hunter's Cabin" with electricity and a water well (condition unknown). There are three stock tanks (one needs a bit of help). It has over 2,800 feet of paved frontage on FM 2174. Nice elevation changes with a mix of cedar, oak, and some mesquite trees. Fences are in decent shape. Great grasses and very lightly grazed. Deer, hogs, and ducks galore.
