The Lake Fork of the Gunnison River is a short walk from lodge, making for great fishing adventures. The lodge was remodeled in 2016 with high end finishes and sits on 8 city lots. The exterior is wood and classic brick. Beautiful covered and uncovered decks to enjoy views of Red Mountain and the beautiful starry skies in the evening. The stunning landscaping includes a large manicured fenced yard, with grass, trees, flower beds, and beautifully place large rocks.

The lodge is comprised of 3, 388 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The upper level offers open living. A nice living room with a stacked stone gas fireplace opens to a beautiful kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops. Large French doors open to the expansive deck. The owners suite and 2 guest bedrooms and bath are located on this level in a nice split floorplan. The owners suite has a beautiful 5-piece bathroom, with jetted tub and large walk-in shower with double shower heads, and its own entry to the deck. Downstairs is a large 2nd living space, great for entertaining and family gatherings, complete with a wood burning stove. Guest room and bath, laundry room, and mud room are located on this level, along with several flex spaces that can be used for an office, exercise room, or storage areas. There is walk out access to the yard and covered patio from the mudroom.
