Originally known as the Kelley-Chambers house. The charming cottage was built in the 1800s by the owner of an early saloon and theatre know as Kelleys Hall, establishing its place in Lake City history. The cottage was later purchased by Frank Chambers, master mechanic at the Gunnison Tunnel and electrician at the Empire Chief Mine. The quaint cottage sits on 8 1/2 town lots with trees and grass.
