This is a rare riverfront find with over 1,000 feet approximately of river frontage. Incredible views through giant bull mesquites along the river abound. This is a whitewing paradise. There are also signs of a healthy hog population traversing the tract to and from the adjoining TPWD Las Palomas division wildlife refuge.
