Nease Tract

The Nease Tract is located approximately 3 miles north of Martinsville, VA off of Figsboro Rd.

Access is by a deeded right of way from Figsboro Rd ( paved State road) and road frontage on Halfway Rd.

This tract has a rolling, hilly, heavily timbered landscape with a 6 acre pond and a small field. The timber is comprised of

133 acres of mature natural hardwoods and pine with 34 acres of 2004 planted Loblolly Pine. There are 21,000 tons

of merchantable timber valued at $330,000 ($1,840 per acre).

The recreational opportunities are excellent turkey and deer hunting along with a stocked 6 acre pond for fishing.

There is a cabin on the property that can be restored.
