HABITAT & TOPOGRAPHY:

The forest on this property is typical of the central Post Oak Savannah region. Oak, elm, sweet gum and ash are found in the low lying areas along Clear Creek. Upland hardwoods and pine are found throughout the higher sandy ground. The soils primarily consist of Pickton fine sandy loam and some Tonkawa fine sand. Clear Creek Ranch has approximately 200 of topographical change with an abundant diversity of high and low ground. The large relief provides numerous hilltops and excellent drainage.

The main house was built in 2000 and is a 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath 3,432 sq ft log cabin style home overlooking the 25 acre lake.
