Combination of 9 parcels offering valley pasture with breathtaking views, multiple waterfalls, spring fed pond, and woodland trails. The cabin sits above a gentle pasture but is no longer livable. The wide open space and mountain backdrop give it the feel of a western ranch just 30 minutes from Hendersonville, NC. 100+ acres of woodlands to the south provide privacy with trails and building sites and 40 +/- acres with nice terrain have been cleared. The non-contiguous 12 acres to the north sit above a small granite rock face and offer tremendous views. Bring your livestock and horses and farm, ride ATVs or hike to secret waterfalls, climb your own private rock face, then relax by the campfire and enjoy the peaceful setting. Three points of access are available on Little Creek Rd, Firemender Valley Trail, and Homers Ln. Portions of 19-acre to 64-acre available on as well.
AWD/4WD Recommended. GPS can get you to Firemender Valley Trail. Driving past the cabin is not recommended. From Hendersonville, take US-64 E/Chimney Rock Rd to Gilliam Mountain Rd in Edneyville. Turn Right on Gilliam Mountain Rd. Follow that to the T intersection and turn Left on Sugarloaf Mountain Rd. In 1.7 miles turn Left on to Little Creek Rd. Continue 2.5 Miles on Little Creek Rd (It goes from pavement to gravel to poorly maintained dirt). Turn left on Firemender Valley Trail (dirt trail) just after a home with lots of yard art and another home. Continue back the trail to the cabin.
