Tract 2 contains 272.934 acres. Directions from US Hwy. 41 South take KY 136 mile to Toy Anthoston Rd. (CR 1101); turn north and go .7 miles to C.H. Roberts Rd.; then go .3 mile to the farm. This tract has 3606.72 ft. of frontage on C.H. Roberts Rd. and exposure on the Pennyrile Parkway. The land is relatively flat with the predominant soil type being Dekoven silt loam.

The sellers are making no mineral reservations and are selling all they own. It is believed that the coal has been severed and the balance of the minerals are intact.
The terms of the sale are 10% down on sale day and the balance on or before December 13, 2014.
