Tract Descriptions: Tracts are located within three miles southeast of Nashville, Arkansas. Terrain is gently rolling and soils are well-suited for commercial pine production. Utilities are available, offering possible home sites. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty-six feet (base age 50 years) on silt loam, silty clay loam, and fine sandy loam soils.

Kingwood performed a 5% fixed 1/10th acre plot cruise (one plot per two acres) on the tract in June, 2011. Cruise lines ran east and west.
