There is an abundant amount of large native hardwood trees which include Live Oak, Spanish Oak, Post Oak, Cedar Elm, hackberry, persimmons, pecan, walnut and many more. There are several cleared hay fields on this ranch ranging in size from 90 acres down to 10 acres.

WILDLIFE: Due to this property being cleared of cedar, the plants and brush species that have flourished have much more nutrition for the wildlife than what you typically see in this area. Native wildlife present on the property includes whitetail deer, turkey, dove, hogs, varmints and many more.
