Feel Fine Farm is located in Northwest Harris County. The Lewis family purchased the farm in the 1960s and grew soybeans and corn until planting loblolly pine trees in the agricultural fields in the early 1980s. While managing the property for wildlife, especially the native Bobwhite Quail, the family has enjoyed the finest deer, turkey, quail, and duck hunting in Central Georgia. The farms seven-acre dove field has hosted Columbus families for years providing memories lasting a lifetime. The familiar sound of the Bobwhite looking for a mate can still be heard in the spring. Additional wildlife food strips have been placed in strategic locations, while sixty acres of long leaf pines were added in 2014 in an effort to return the property to the condition at the turn of the century.
