This is a great farm with one pivot newly seeded to alfalfa in 2008 and the other pivots seeded in 2002. There is an abundance of hay storage and all the improved areas are cindered. The irrigation wells have a good track record for producing an abundance of water all irrigation season. Irrigation costs run around $35/acre for the season.
The house is in great shape with a nicely landscaped yard making it very inviting. The other outbuildings consist of a good horse facility and working arena. This place is a great farm and in an area that produces some of the highest yields of hay products in the county, around 5.5 ton/acre.
