Located approximately 4 1/2 miles north of Highway 9 on the west side of Highway 30 containing 320 acres more or less of native grassland. According to the owner there are two good ponds (dirt tanks in Texas) on this property together with a domestic well drilled approximately 100 feet deep in 2012 which is equipped with a 1 HP, solar-powered submersible electric motor and pump producing approximately 20 GPM. According to the owner, brush control on the property was conducted in summer 2017.
