Stone Mountain Subdivision was the old Maddox Ranch which now has good roads and electricity to many of the lots. Wildlife in abundance, a wonderfully quiet, private,vacation spot with unbelieveable views of deep canyons, and the vast Canadian River.
You have to see it to believe this sparsley populated beauty still exists.
FROM I-25 North to Wagon Mound, take hwy 120 east across the Canadian River to Maddox Rd. turn Right, or South, cross three cattle guards to Meadow Ln. turn right (West) to Canadian Rd, go through the green gate on to the next right, this is a dead end Road.
Lot 48 is to the West and Lot 49 to the south. The very large, deep canyon crosses both lots.
From Clayton,Hwy 85 West to Hwy 39 to Roy, catch 120 west just a short few miles you will find Maddox Rd. Turn South, or Left.
