The southern portion of the ranch is described as more level on the eastern side, sloping towards La Cinta Canyon, Morris Canyon and Hells Canyon. Elevations on the eastern portions of the ranch are around 5,800 feet, and inside the canyons, elevations drop around 800 feet.
Access: Access to the northern portion of the ranch is by a paved highway and graded county roads. The southern portion of the property is accessed by graded county road.

Hunting/Recreation: The northern tract of the ranch will provide excellent pronghorn antelope hunting. The main body of the ranch, with it's deep canyons, will provide excellent mule deer habitat. Several mountain lion have been taken recently in the area, and elk and bear should travel the property.
