DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY:

From Rye, Texas at the Intersection of State highway 146 and Highway 787 (there is a Chevron Gas Station at this Intersection):

1 Head EAST on Highway 787 for ~1.8 Miles.

2 Turn NORTH (left) onto Holly Grove Road (aka County Road 2650).

3 Proceed for ~0.2 Miles (cross railroad tracks) and turn NORTHEAST onto Bo Road (aka County Road 2138) at the BIG THICKET RETREAT Sign.

4 Continue for ~1.6 Miles on this gravel road through the forest and then turn NORTH (left) onto Outlaw Bend Road (this is a sharp turn to the left).

5 Continue for ~0.2 miles and you will cross over a bridge that goes over a creek (Menard Creek).

6 After crossing the bridge, continue driving NORTH for ~0.2 miles and the road will make a 90 degree turn to the EAST (right). Make this turn and continue down this road for ~0.1 mile and the road will make a sharp turn to the NORTH (left). Continue driving NORTH for ~0.3 miles and a large brown pole/tube gate will come up on your right (this is the neighbors property across the street).

7 The property is on the WEST (left) side of this road right after this gate. Youll first come to the Southeast corner of the property along Outlaw Bend Road and then the property continues for along the street for ~372.52 up to the Northeast corner of the property.
