This property is located just 10 miles northeast of Gruver, Texas. The closest major airport is located in Amarillo, Texas, about an hour and half drive south.

This area is known for the excellent pheasant hunting. There is also a healthy population of quail and deer in the area.
History:
Throughout the years, this farm ground has produced good yields mainly in milo, wheat, and cotton. This farm has been a dry-land farm up until last year.

The half section also has a 80x40 barn and hay shed and several outbuildings.

The terrain is flat and readily available for farming usage. The soil composition is excellent for farming.
