The Doubleknot Ranch is 229 +/- acres of rolling terrain with Fornash Creek traversing through the entire ranch. The creek is a clear water, wet season creek that normally flows around 9 months of the year. Along the creek bottom area there are plenty of hardwoods including pecan, red oak, and live oaks with the hillsides mostly live oaks, mesquites, and cedar along with native brush. There are some deep holes of water and pools year round for the wildlife to water. Four stock tanks provide year round water and fishing opportunities. These stock tanks can have water pumped into them from the 2 water wells on the ranch..both wells are in the 2nd Trinity and produce about 50 gpm.
