Along with the creek, a reliable pond with great fishing sits near the front of the ranch and an intermittent spring cuts through the hill tops on higher ground toward the back of the ranch. Ground water in the area is plentiful as evidenced by the 65+ gallons per minute water well on site that services the ranch.
TOPOGRAPHY/VEGETATION:
The terrain on the ranch varies from area to area. The majority of the acreage on the northern portion encompasses a high hardwood covered ridgeline providing stunning vista points with unparalleled views and fantastic secondary homesites.
