TOPOGRAPHY: The topography on Crooked Roads Ranch is varied with an elevation of 1,020 ft along the creek and over 1,240ft atop a plateau. This drastic change in elevation is highlighted by a prominent limestone ridge. This ridge looks down on a coastal field just above Cowhouse Creek.
VEGETATION: The property consists of primarily hardwood bottoms along the creek including pecans, elms, and oaks as well as a few acres of fertile coastal fields. The northern portion of the property sits atop a large plateau with dense oak cover and scattered cedars.
WILDLIFE: Crooked Roads Ranch is loaded with wildlife. Whitetail deer, turkey, dove, and pigs are plentiful. Waterfowl hunting on the creek can be good at times as well.
