Lakeview is 10 miles southwest of Memphis. Memphis is on US Hwy 287, between Amarillo and Wichita Falls. From Lakeview, take State Hwy 256 for two miles to FM 657, go south two miles to County Road H, then one mile west to County Road 12. Property lies on south side. County Road H is the north boundary. County Road 12 is the east boundary.
