There are six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large dining area, and a game room giving all your guests the room and privacy they need. There is a large veranda, so you can bring everyone outside for their morning coffee or to cookout in the evenings. You can see for miles and miles when you step out on the spacious upstairs deck, and at night, you can nearly touch the stars.

Mulberry Red Ranch provides plentiful pasture for livestock grazing. There is a 40' x 60' insulated metal equipment barn with two overhead doors and a walk-in door. The barn also houses a small apartment. The pipe livestock traps and pens with gates and working chutes were designed to be worked by one person when necessary. Solar wells have water at less than 20 feet that have not slowed down even in drought stressed summers. For the horse enthusiast, the small horse barn provides three covered stalls, plus there is an outside pen that is attached to the main cattle working pens.
