A residence (two story, wood frame, stucco) which has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central heating and air conditioning, a fireplace and unattached two car garage has approximately 1,620 square feet of living space (per the tax office). There are two other wood frame homes that are currently used as storage but could possibly be used for additional help.

Well logs are included from area farms near or adjacent to the property to show depth to red bed in the area. Also included are work orders for four wells located on the property in which turbine pumps were replaced by submersible electric motors and pumps.
This farm is at the far east end of sand hills that begin in New Mexico and are known for having good availability of irrigation water and soils that will produce a wide variety of crops. Farms of this size with good water are becoming hard to find. Don’t overlook this one.
