The West Post Oak Ranchette is conveniently located just off Interstate 10, near the 130 toll road interchange making it convenient to both Austin and San Antonio. The ranchette is located on Old Seguin Luling Rd with 501 ft of road frontage and is approximately 3 miles from the Seguin city limits.
TERRAIN:
Gently rolling topography with a nice mixture of hardwood cover all throughout the property. The hardwoods consist mostly of mature post oaks and black jack oaks.
IMPROVEMENTS:
