LIVESTOCK OPERATION: This ranch has been used as a yearling operation for many years. The present operation has been running 600 yearlings a year depending on the rain fall, or the ranch will carry 275 pairs.
HEADQUARTERS HOME: The Bar 7 Ranch Headquarters home is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, with 3 dining areas, 2 living areas, with 3 attached misc. rooms. WILDLIFE: The ranch has a small herd of prong horn antelope, some bobcats and mountain lions. The lion population in this area of New Mexico has made the mule deer population somewhat scarce.
