12 miles NE of McCormick and 15 miles south of Greenwood on Hanson Road. Approximately 14 +/- acres lies in Greenwood County, with the remaining balance in McCormick County.

92% of this tract is Lobblolly Pine Plantation established in 1998. Thinned in 2015 and an understory release applied in 2017.

5.4 +/- acres of mature natural pine and hardwood along small ephemeral stream.
