Fall River Bottomground
Beautiful Flinthills setting with productive Fall River bottomground. So much to offer at an affordable price. Fall River meanders through the south side, lined with mature hardwood trees such as Oaks, Sycamores, Walnuts, Hackberrys, along with beautiful Red Bud and Ohio Buckeye shrubs. This is the upper West Branch of Fall River with several deep holes, running riffles, gravel bars, and clear spring water. The cropground is currently planted to Brome for minimum maintenance but could easily raise corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa. Several areas along the river would be great for wildlife food plots. An old silo on the river bank could be made into an interesting lookout post or an intriguing overnight cabin. Mineral rights transfer and there is current oil production for income.
