Tillable Farm With Great Deer Hunting

Located one mile west of Highway 49 between Paragould and Marmaduke, Arkansas lies 240 +/- acres of crop land and wetlands ready to be farmed and hunted by its new owners. FSA reports 159.3 crop base acres that consists of 5 different fields that, in the past, have been planted in soy beans. The remaining 80 acres is a mixture of mature hardwoods, marsh wetlands, creeks, and ditches. Hurricane Creek runs almost the entire length of the property from the northwest corner to the southeast corner. County Road 522 runs through the property giving great access in and out of the fields. Approximately 70 acres of tillable ground lies on the east side of County Road 522 with the remaining 90 acres of tillable ground on the west side of the road.
