Set on a hillside overlooking a forest of majestic old growth white oak, red oak and hickory trees, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2 bath log home on two acres in Lewisburgs Stonehenge subdivision features beautifully embellished woodwork by a master craftsman-builder. Two loft offices overlook the great room. While these spaces, which include storage closets and are connected by a catwalk, work well as offices, they could be repurposed for working out, arts and crafts, listening to music or childrens activities. In a pinch, they could even double as sleeping lofts.
A large family room adjacent to the great room has a fireplace with an attractive wood mantel. This light and welcoming living space with plenty of windows and recessed ceiling fixtures is ideal for watching television, reading, or having less formal meals. A pass-through window between the family room and kitchen adds convenience.

Stonehenge subdivision is outside the Lewisburg town limits, but an easy 5-minute drive on Route 60. Equidistant from the Lewisburg and Harts Run exits of Interstate 64, it is also close to White Sulphur Springs and The Greenbrier resort.
Historic Lewisburg, often called one of Americas best small towns, offers shopping, fine dining, a lively arts scene, the annual State Fair of West Virginia, and proximity to outdoor sporting activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, golfing and skiing. The nearby Greenbrier, a world-class luxury resort on 10,000 acres, hosts an annual PGA tournament, serves as the summer training camp for the NFLs New Orleans Saints, and has a wide variety of restaurants and shops open to the public.
