The timberland consists of a variety of upland hardwood species, including predominately Northern Red Oak, White Oak, Black Oak, Chestnut Oak, Ash, Yellow Poplar and Hickory. The timber varies in age class with a significant volume of saw timber of good quality.
It is rare to find a farm of this size in close proximity to an airport and The Greenbrier Resort. The farm offers a great opportunity for long-term timber investment and agriculture production. There are no mineral reservations or conservation easements encumbering the property.
