Beautiful 5 acres with approx. 1000 ft. of waterfront on All-Sports Rainbow Lake. If this waterfront property were mine I would put my lake house right in the middle of the property, a walkable gradual path in the woods would lead down to the cove where my boats would be docked. In the morning, I'd have coffee and watch the sunrise over the farm fields in the east. I'd go fishing and have the grandkids over during the day to play in the ravine, swim, and go for long tube rides on the lake. I'd need a short nap before taking everyone into town for dinner to the diner in Middleton, or Swany's Rainbow Inn (coming soon) in Perrinton. And when the day was near an end, I'd sit on my deck overlooking the lake and watch the beautiful sunset and realize just how blessed I am.
